MISSION

Legacy Christian Mission

  • To teach the accurate and rightly divided Word of God and speak truths for the proper living to all who enter the doors of the church.

  • To teach the lost by depicting God’s Word through plays, ministry, and outreach causing those who hear to be moved towards acceptance of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to change their lives.

  • To encourage deeper fellowship of Christians by conducting events including illustrated sermons, home cell groups, prayer, Bible study, conferences, workshops, and other church outings that produce opportunities to express genuine love and friendships towards each other.

  • To encourage the identification, development, and refinement of our spiritual gifts that can be used for church service and cause each person to reach their maximum potential in their relationship with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

  • To raise up leaders for God that will minister, evangelize, and produce disciples that advance preaching and teaching the Gospel and that will positively impact the church and their communities.

  • To use church resources consistent with the church’s mission and purpose and provide excellent stewardship of church funds by providing communication of the church’s fiscal affairs. Funds will be received and deployed using appropriately controlled systems and procedures containing sound internal controls.

  • To support ministries and missions with church resources that are aligned with the church’s purpose and where such funds are to be deployed for the furtherance of delivering the Gospel news to the lost; to help the sick and shut-in; to visit those in jails and hospitals; to assist the poor and elderly; and to otherwise provide for those experiencing hardships.

  • To conduct all services, meetings, conferences, workshops, outreaches and any church activity by inviting the Holy Spirit into our activities and allowing the Holy Spirit to govern and control the atmosphere.

All services will be conducted with the Spirit of excellence, respect, and order.

We will worship in the Spirit and truth. We are free to dance, shout, and express our love as the Spirit of God moves us.

We will conduct services in a manner respecting worshippers’ space and ability to receive.
