Pray For One Another

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one anotherthat you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. -James 5:16

Our theme this year is: Pray For One Another. We encourage everyone to commit to praying for between 1-7 people from our church weekly. You can pray for one person Monday, one person Tuesday, etc. As you pray, you use the following Scriptures to guide you in your prayer. Sometimes we get caught up praying the same prayer every time. Let the Word of God guide you as you pray for your brothers and sisters.

Friday, January 1

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. -Galatians 1:3-5
Example prayer: Father, I pray that you extend your grace to __________. Let him know that he has peace with you because of the work of your Son Jesus Christ. Thank you for delivering him from the evil of this world. Please continue to keep him from the attacks of Satan and from the desires of his flesh that wage war against his spirit.
